We're based in Mangere East and work across all of Auckland. New homes, light commercial fit-outs, full renovations, kitchens, decks - whatever the scope. Lawrence Lokeni, 24 years building, and still on the tools.
New builds, commercial fit-outs, renovations, decks, fencing. We handle all of it - and the key work stays with our crew, not subcontractors you've never met.
Fit-outs, office builds, retail, multi-unit developments. We work with developers and business owners across Auckland on full contract builds, labour and material packages, and labour-only arrangements.

Full renovations, structural alterations, room-by-room remodels and extensions. We don't just change what people can see. We work with Auckland homeowners to sort out what's underneath too - then take it all the way through to the final finish.

Elevate is a Kiwi owned and operated team, led by Lawrence and Mandy Lokeni. It's a small crew, so when you call, you're talking to the people running the business and the job. No layers, no getting passed around.
Lawrence is still on the tools, and we hire local staff and take on apprentices. The important work stays in-house, and most of our jobs come from repeat clients and referrals.
We strongly believe in success.
Success isn't about size - it's about delivery.
